Recently I contracted with Jonathan and Kesey Contracting to handle the complete rebuilding of an old abandoned home in Temple, TX. This house was a mess and needed a full rehab from the studs up, including new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, complete kitchen and restroom rebuilds with new cabinets, fixtures, and appliances, new sheetrock and flooring throughout, all new doors and windows, and new interior and exterior paint, as well as other items including patio repair, etc. Other than the foundation and framing, it was essentially a brand-new home.

This was a large project and was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, with the entire process going smoothly. Jonathan excelled at open communications when questions arose and was very quick to address any concerns and/or questions, even after the project was completed. I routinely deal with projects like this around the country, and Jonathan was by far one of the most professional, transparent, and easy to work with GC’s I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. I’d highly recommend him for any home renovation/remodeling project, big or small.

My wife and I recently had the privilege of having Jonathan and Kesey Contracting remodel our master bathroom. This is the third bathroom remodel we have completed with him and there is a reason we have chosen to turn to Kesey time and time again. Jonathan's customer experience is white glove.

He is an excellent communicator and does a tremendous job of providing custom quality craftmanship for a very fair price. The team works relentlessly to deliver projects on or ahead of schedule in order to get your living space back to being your own, but better than it was before. We value the way he skillfully weaves in design elements to give the finished work a sophisticated and upscale touch.

In summary, our experience with Kesey Contracting was 5 star. We are thrilled with the finished product and how Jonathan was able to deliver a stunning, value-adding, upgrade to our home, and to do so on a budget.

We were lucky enough to have Jonathan Kesey as our contractor. He remodeled 2 bathrooms and upgraded our kitchen appliances. He is a perfectionist! We would trust him with any project (in fact he’s coming back to improve lighting in our kitchen!). Also, he is a really nice guy!
